Join the mission

Reach out and apply — we’ll get back to you with feedback within a few days. We know you’re more than just a resume, so during the interview process we take the time to get to know each other properly, while keeping the process focused, lean and respectful of your time. On average, the whole journey takes about 4 weeks to complete.

1) Incoming Application Review

We will take few days to go through your application and get back to you as soon as possible.

2) First Interview

A chance for us to get to know each other and explore how we align as people and as a team.

3) Take-Home Task/Case-Study (for some roles)

We will send you a role-related task (if applicable to the position) so you can show us how you approach real work, in your own time and style.

4) Hiring Team Interview

A deeper conversation with the team you’d be on. You’ll hear more about the role and share more about your skills and experiences.

5) Team-Time

In this final step, you’ll meet with GOhiring team-members from all different teams. It’s a great way to get a feel of what it’s really like to be part of the team!

Questions & Answers

At GOhiring, your development is supported from day one. You will receive structured on-the-job training, guidance through internal mentoring, and access to external learning platforms such as Coursera. As you gain experience, you may also support the onboarding of new team members, helping you strengthen your leadership and coaching skills. Your growth path is tailored to your goals, enabling you to develop in the direction that matters most to you.

Your first weeks are all about getting settled, meeting the team, and understanding how we work. You’ll have structured onboarding sessions, access to documentation, and regular check-ins with your manager and onboarding buddy. We make sure you feel welcomed and supported from day one.

At GOhiring, we know that AI tools can be incredibly helpful at work and when preparing for interviews, whether it’s; researching a topic, practicing questions, or boosting your confidence. We fully support using AI and any other technology to learn and grow. However, during the actual interview, we want to hear from you… your thoughts, experiences, and unique perspective. Using AI to generate responses in real time takes away from an authentic conversation and makes it harder for us to truly get to know you. Our goal is to create a fair and genuine process where every candidate has the chance to show their real strengths and potential.

In-person meetups:
We meet face-to-face several times a year, both in smaller team retreats and in company-wide offsites. These gatherings give everyone a chance to collaborate, align, and spend meaningful time together.

Digital connection:
We have weekly digital “coffee-breaks” through Slack, including one-on-one chats and small-group sessions of 4-5 people. These informal conversations make it easy to connect with colleagues you might not interact with day-to-day.
